Le Petit Bistro to Host Guest Chef at 4-Course Dinner

The Hubbard bistro will hold its next reservation-only dinner on Saturday, July 27th.

HUBBARD, ORE. 8 JULY, 2024—Le Petit Bistro will be holding the next dinner in its Saturday Night Dinner series on Saturday, July 27th at 6 pm. The dinner will feature Guest Chef Sandy Holt. The bistro re-opens at night for the reservation-only price fix dinners and transforms the space into an intimate dinner space where diners are seated “community style” at large tables with linen tablecloths and candles.

A native Oregonian, Chef Holt received her culinary training at the Oregon Culinary Institute and specializes in preparing food that is healthy, yet full of flavor. Her travels to France, Germany, Italy and Portugal to study wine and cuisine have helped inspire her cooking and commitment to excellence. She owns her own catering company Taste of Excellence and cooks for a variety of venues including corporate events, wineries and intimate dinner parties.

Featured on the menu for the July 27th dinner is Whipped Goat Cheese on Crostini with melon, prosciutto and honey; Spinach Salad with blue cheese, pickled red onion and white balsamic vinaigrette; Cedar Planked Salmon with lemon caper aioli, smashed fingerling potatoes and

asparagus; and Lemon Berry Tart.

“We are excited to have Chef Sandy Holt share her culinary talents with our guests,” says Owner Ann Shultz. “We’ll have the garage door up with seating both inside and outside on the patio and expect to have a full house for the evening!”
